Welcome to www.doggybagz.co.uk. We prepare highly humanised takeaway meals for dogs and sell them directly to pet parents and to approved wholesale partners. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

Eligibility.
By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, legally capable of entering into a contract, and purchasing products solely for pet consumption. Wholesale customers must apply for and receive approval for a trade account before placing orders.

Products.
All products are intended for dogs only and are not suitable for human consumption. We make every effort to display product descriptions accurately. As we use natural ingredients and prepare food in small batches, slight variations in appearance or texture may occur.

Orders.
When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This confirms receipt of your order but does not guarantee acceptance. Acceptance occurs when your order is dispatched. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of product unavailability, pricing errors, or failed payment. If we cancel an order, you will receive a full refund.

Wholesale orders may be subject to minimum order quantities, trade pricing, and separate payment terms agreed during account setup.

Pricing and payment.
All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. Consumer orders must be paid in full at checkout. Wholesale payment terms will be agreed separately. We may update prices at any time, but confirmed orders will always be charged at the price agreed at checkout.

Delivery.
We aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates only. You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Risk in the goods passes to you once they are delivered. As our products are perishable, they must be refrigerated or frozen promptly upon arrival.

Returns and refunds.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns once items have been delivered, except where goods arrive damaged, incorrect, or spoiled. In such cases, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery (48 hours for wholesale orders), providing photographs where possible. If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund.

Feeding guidance and health disclaimer.
Our products are designed to support canine wellbeing, but every dog is different. You are responsible for checking ingredient lists, introducing new foods gradually, and consulting a veterinarian if your dog has allergies or medical conditions. We are not liable for adverse reactions unless caused by proven negligence in preparation or handling.

Allergens.
Our kitchen handles common food allergens. Full ingredient information is provided on product pages. It is your responsibility to review ingredients before feeding.

Intellectual property.
